This policy explains what data XX PRO PR XX Collect keeps on proprcollect.com and cuenta.proprcollect.com, what it is used for and what you can ask about it.

What data we keep

If you message us through the form: your name, your email, your phone if you give it, the topic and your message. We only use them to reply to you.

If you create an account: your name, your email and your password (stored encrypted, nobody can read it). We use them so you can log in and to let you know about things related to your account.

If you pay: card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never pass through or stay on our server. We only see what you paid, when, and the payment status.

If we ship you an order: we keep the USPS tracking number and what was shipped, and we ask USPS where the package is to show it in your account and email you when it moves forward.

If you join a raffle: we keep which spot you set apart, until when you have to pay it and whether it is paid. On the page nobody sees who has each spot; if you win, we announce the winner in the live draw and on the raffle.

Visits: we count how many visits arrive each day and from which social network. It is just a number: it keeps nothing that identifies you.

Cookies

The site uses no advertising or tracking cookies. The members area uses one necessary cookie to keep your session open securely while you are in your account.

Who we share your data with

We do not sell or rent your data. Only the services that make the site work can see it: the hosting where the site lives, Stripe for payments, and USPS, which gets your package's tracking number.

Your rights

You can ask us to see, correct or delete your data, or to close your account, by writing to info@proprcollect.com or through the contact form.
